Quest reviews all Drawings and Specifications, solicits competitive proposals from prospective subcontractors and vendors; prepares a Master detailed Project Schedule outlining time schedules, labor requirements, cost and management procedures. We assist owners in the difficult transition from day to day operations to construction and vice versa. Quest prepares all partial and final lien waivers and ensures full completion of same prior to subcontractor or vendor payments. We guarantee valid current Certificates of Insurance and Workmen's Compensation are submitted to our firm prior to commencement of work on our sites.

Quest reviews, in detail, all subcontractor proposals, arranges for prompt payment for services rendered, prepares draw packages including an updated project cost report and supporting documentation.
